Choose a treatment. Every treatment type is its own service with its own duration — initial assessment, follow-up and manual therapy run separately.

Choose a person. Only team members whose stored qualification matches the chosen treatment are offered.

Choose a time. Slotara calculates free times from the weekly schedule, existing appointments, absences and buffers — only what is genuinely free is offered.

Confirmed once the booking stands. The confirmation email includes a calendar file (.ics) to import into the calendar. Before the appointment, Slotara sends a reminder at the lead time you configure.

Your patients cannot book incorrectly: whoever picks the initial assessment only sees the people allowed to perform it. The professional match happens before the booking — not on the phone and not via callback.

Free times are calculated, not maintained
Slotara does not store a list of free appointments that someone would have to keep up to date. Every request is calculated fresh: working windows minus existing appointments minus absences minus buffers.

Multiple working windows per person and day are possible — mornings in the practice, closed at noon, late afternoons for working patients. Only what falls inside a window is bookable.
No double bookings.
Every booking is checked against the chosen person's calendar. Anything that would collide is never offered in the first place — and a booked slot is taken immediately.
Cancelled time becomes bookable again.
Up to your deadline, the appointment can be cancelled self-service. After that, the self-service cancellation window ends. A slot cancelled in time is immediately bookable online again.
