One booking link — on the website, as a QR card in the car or in the registration confirmation — and rebooking belongs to the learners.

Choose a lesson type. Practice lesson, rural drive, night drive: every type appears with its fixed duration in the booking — exactly as you set it up.

Choose an instructor. Learners pick the person they drive with — in practice, usually the same one every time. What's shown is that instructor's real calendar, calculated from weekly schedule, existing lessons and handover buffers.

Book the next free lessons in the evening. Booking happens when the learner's week is settled — usually in the evening, from the phone. The slot is occupied in the calendar instantly; colliding times are never offered for booking in the first place.

Confirmation on the phone. The confirmation arrives immediately by email, with a calendar entry (.ics) — the lesson lives in the phone's calendar, not on a note in a backpack.

An instructor's day is a chain of fixed blocks: lesson, handover, lesson. In Slotara, every lesson type has its fixed duration and its buffer — for the vehicle handover, a short debrief, the way to the next meeting point. Open times are recalculated from that on every request: only what genuinely fits the chain is bookable.
