Booking Analytics for Your Appointments.
and how many actually happened?

Slotara shows you the history of your appointments: by month, by week, by time of day and by person. And, kept separate from that, what became of them — attended, no-show, or still open.

The problem

At the end of the year all you have is a feeling

„Tuesday mornings are quiet." „More people drop out than they used to." Sentences like that are often right — only nobody knows whether they are. You cannot read it off calendar entries alone, and nobody keeps a tally on the side.

Slotara has the appointments anyway. What is missing is the view from above: when appointments typically sit, how many there were across the months, and what became of them.

The difference

Whether somebody turned up is decided by a person

An appointment can be planned, confirmed, completed or cancelled. That is its state in the calendar. Whether the person actually turned up is a different question — and Slotara does not answer it by itself.

After the appointment somebody from your business records what happened: attended or no-show. As long as nobody does, the appointment stays in the statistics as „not recorded yet". It is not quietly counted as a success.

That sounds like more work, and it is the reason the no-show figure in Slotara is worth something. A rate built from assumptions cannot be the basis of a decision.

The history

Four angles on the same period

Slotara lays four views over the chosen period. All four count appointments — none of them counts money.

By month

How the volume of appointments develops across the months, broken down by status. Shows growth, seasonality and unusual months.

By week

The same breakdown at a finer grain: how many appointments sat in a calendar week and how many of those were cancelled.

By time of day

How appointment starts spread across the day — in other words, when appointments typically sit with you.

By person

How many appointments fell to each person on the team and how many of those were completed. A distribution of volume, not an assessment.

The period

Four periods

On this screen you choose between 30 days, 90 days, 6 months and 12 months.

If you want to analyse at a finer grain, you take the export and work with it in the tool you already do your figures in.

Export & further processing

Hand the figures over instead of typing them out

You can download your report as a CSV and pass it on — to your tax adviser, into your spreadsheet, or into the accounting tool you already use. Included from the Starter plan.

The format is deliberately narrow: one measure per row, with area, dimension, value and unit. That way the file can be filtered and recalculated without anyone having to take a cross-tab apart first.

If you take payments through Slotara, there is a second export for that: it lists what was actually paid — with amount, currency and time of payment, exactly as the payment provider confirmed it. It does not calculate VAT and does not convert currencies. If you don't take payments through Slotara, this export stays empty.

What you won't find here

So you don't go looking for it:

  • No revenue report. This screen counts appointments, it does not count money. If you take payments through Slotara, you will find those in the payments export.
  • No utilisation figure. Slotara knows how many appointments took place — not how many would theoretically have been possible.
  • No breakdown per service and no split by location. For the daily overview across several locations there is a separate view.
  • No report by email. The report lives in your account.

Frequently asked questions about reports

From what your team records after the appointment: attended or no-show. Slotara does not derive it by itself. Appointments that have not been recorded count in neither direction.

No. The report counts appointments, not amounts. If you take payments through Slotara, you get those separately as a payments export.

30 days, 90 days, 6 months and 12 months.

As CSV, from the Starter plan. One measure per row, with area, dimension, value and unit. There are no Excel or PDF reports.

Not in this report. For several locations there is a separate daily overview that shows the locations side by side.

That depends on the role, not the plan. The report is intended for Owner, Admin and Manager — not for everyone with an account.
