Multi Location Appointment Scheduling Software.
One account, one link, one calendar.
A salon with a second site, a practice with a branch office, a studio at two addresses: Slotara keeps your locations in one account. Your clients use the same booking flow and pick their location inside it — you see both places side by side.
Two locations quickly become two versions of the truth
As soon as a second place is added, most things double: two calendars, two appointment lists, two places somebody has to check. And the person who works here on Tuesdays and there on Thursdays appears in both — without either list knowing about the other.
It doesn't show until it shows: an appointment sitting in two places at once, or a cancellation because nobody at one location knew what had already been given away at the other.
One flow that knows the location
You do not get a second booking page and you do not get a second embed code. You keep your link and your widget — and if your business has more than one active location, the flow asks for the location first.
After that your clients only see what actually happens there: the services of that location, the people who work there, and their times at that place. Anything belonging to the other location never even appears.
The benefit is in sharing it: you still have exactly one address to write on maps, into your signature, onto a notice and into your Google profile — even when a third location is added.
Working at two places, scheduled once
Everyone on the team is assigned to one or more locations, with a primary location. Whoever works at both addresses is bookable at both — with the working hours that apply there.
What matters is what Slotara does not do: it does not keep separate calendars. Time already booked for the same person is taken into account across locations — a colliding booking is rejected at the final availability check.
And at the moment of booking both things are checked again: whether the person belongs to this location, and whether the service is offered there at all. If either does not fit, the booking does not go through.
Not every service exists at every place
Some services you only offer at one particular location — because the right equipment or the right person is available there, for instance. So for each service you decide at which locations it is offered.
A publicly bookable service needs at least one active location — otherwise Slotara will not let you publish it. That prevents the case where a service is visible but cannot take place anywhere.
Your prices apply to the whole business, not per location.
Both locations side by side — for today
For the current day the location overview shows you, per location, how many bookings and appointments are due, how many staff are scheduled measured against what the day needs, and whether there are open conflicts.
Every location has its own colour, so you don't have to read which block belongs to which location when scanning.
From when can I have several locations?
Starter and Pro are designed for one location. Several locations start with the Max plan: up to three there. For more, there is Enterprise.
