I have a small team (3–8 staff) — how does that work?
Every staff member gets their own working hours, services and qualifications. Slotara assigns bookings automatically — by skill, availability and workload. The Pro plan starts at €49/month for up to 3 staff, the Max plan (€119/month) for up to 10 staff.
I don't have an online shop or my own website — can I still use Slotara?
Yes. Your booking page (slotara.de/b/your-name) works even without your own website — in your Instagram bio, on your Google Business Profile, as a QR code on your business card. No website required.
Can I use Slotara for multiple locations?
Yes, from the Max plan (€119/month, up to 3 locations). Each location has its own staff, services and booking rules. The overarching owner dashboard shows you all your locations at a glance.
My industry isn't listed — can I still use Slotara?
Yes. The industry pages show specific configurations, but Slotara works for any service business that schedules appointments. Photographer, driving school, music teacher, dog trainer — if you book appointments, Slotara covers your use case.
